The oldest horse-drawn carriage owned by the Sultanate Ngayogyakarta was a gift from the Governor-General Jacob Mossel to Sultan Hamengku Buwana I. It was used in the reign of Sultan Hamengku Buwana I to III.
The painting of Sultan Hamengkubuwono X at his 21 years, complete with oversized clothes, presented by three artists, namely Sri Hadi, Sardono W. Kusumo, and Minto Widodo. It was Sultan Hamengkubuwono X birthday gift of 64th (according to Gregorian calendar) or 66th (according to Javanese calendar), in Pendopo Bangsa Kencono, Ngayogyakarta Palace.
Kiswah is the cloth that covers the kaaba in Meeca, Saudi arabia. It is draped annually on the 9th day of the month of dzulhijah. The gift as small pieces of kiswah is dedicated to Ngayogyakarta Sultanate Palace and kept safely in Dalem Joyokusuman (current residence of Haji GBPH Joyokusumo, the younger brother of Sultan Hamengkubuwono X). Kiswah consists of Black silk with self embroidered calligraphies, and strips of embroidered calligraphies of Quran Verses. These embroideries are in threads of pure gold.
